I just had to write a positive review! We arrived in the lobby before check-in time, and our luggage was already being taken care of. We relaxed in the waiting lounge nearby, which offered beverages like coffee, water, apple cider vinegar, and barley tea. The kids were thrilled with the cookies and candies available. When it was time to check in, our luggage had already been placed in our room, saving us the hassle of carrying it. The room design was excellent. The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks like Supau, water, and sparkling water, plus facial masks for use during bathing—such thoughtful touches! There was even a service bell next to the hot spring tub for any emergency needs. The room also provided yukata and Japanese flip-flops, and our children were delighted to find cute flip-flops in their sizes. The hotel has a swimming pool with inner tubes and lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. On the first floor, there's an indoor play area for kids, allowing parents to relax while their children play. Breakfast is a buffet on the second floor, and it was delicious with very fresh ingredients. The hotel also provided the milk and crib we requested. The service was truly 100% excellent! I highly recommend it! My mood instantly improved. It's a shame we only booked one night; we will definitely return for another stay. It was incredibly comfortable! Parents can easily manage childcare and relax at the same time.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff personally escorted us to our room. This was especially helpful for older guests who might be superstitious about opening hotel room doors and often murmur apologies. Having a staff member open the door eliminated that worry. They also thoughtfully explained where to put things, like how the table could be folded away. But the best part was this: in the past, hot spring hotels always provided lotions, so I didn't bring any this time. On the first night, I asked the front desk, but they said they couldn't provide any due to policy. I thought there was nothing to be done, but to my surprise, when I returned from going out on the second night, I found a bottle of lotion available for use. I'm truly grateful for their thoughtful addition; it saved my dry, chapped face. The air conditioning and dehumidifier in the room were also efficient; the room became dry and cool very quickly. The water in the small hot spring tub in the room also filled up fast. I'm very satisfied with my stay at the hotel! However, the breakfast felt quite ordinary. There weren't many main course options, especially for items like rice, noodles, and scrambled eggs, which had to be ordered from staff, similar to an all-you-can-eat buffet. Sometimes, you couldn't even control the portion size. For example, sunny-side-up eggs weren't cooked in front of you, so you couldn't immediately tell them when to stop cooking. Nevertheless, the restaurant staff were very diligent, constantly clearing used plates and being attentive. If they saw you looking like you needed assistance, they would automatically come over and ask if you needed service. These points definitely add to the positive experience.

Breakfast: Breakfast comparable to a five-star hotel, with a serene and elegant environment. The hot spring water in the room is pure and smooth, leaving you feeling completely refreshed after a soak. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the meals are exquisite and delicious. It's the perfect choice for relaxation and rejuvenation!

It's very close to the MRT station. Although check-in isn't until 6 PM, the staff kindly arranged for us to check in early! The hotel is a bit older, but it's quite clean and very conveniently located near the MRT station. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beitou! I'd like to commend the staff; their attitude was incredibly friendly and deserves praise! We even received a small gift for checking in on Mother's Day. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but overall it was pretty good, and the hot food was delicious. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

The hotel's photo spots are very beautiful, and there are many lovely paintings. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly; the gentleman at the entrance and the receptionist were both very helpful 👍. The hotel room was a bit old and dusty, and the cleanliness was not up to par. The hot spring water in the room had a strong odor, but the water in the large public bath did not. There is also an outdoor hot spring bath. The shuttle bus only runs once an hour, and since it was raining heavily the whole time, we had to call our own car every time we went out.

Tian Yue is very close to the hotel, making transportation extremely convenient. While the hotel building's exterior appeared old, the interior decoration was elegant, and the stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and included a private hot tub and a private steam room. It offers great value for money, with a one-night stay for one person costing less than HKD 1000, including a simple buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff's service attitude was average. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends.

I've always wanted to experience Japan's hot spring culture again, and this visit to the Radium Kagaya in Beitou brought back the atmosphere I felt in Japan. Although there were some differences, it didn't detract from the elegance and charm. This time, I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room, allowing me to once again enjoy the scent of tatami mats and the luxurious experience of soaking in a hot spring right in my room. Being close to the Beitou Hot Spring Street, the surrounding amenities and ambiance perfectly complement the hotel's atmosphere, making for a truly unforgettable experience.

The soundproofing is quite good, the bed is very comfortable, and the in-room bathroom facilities are excellent. The golf course view from the window is superb. The breakfast offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, clearly labeled. It's conveniently located for both mountain areas (like the fort) and coastal areas (like Tamsui Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf). This is a hotel I would definitely want to visit again.

It allowed for keyless entry and directly controlled the lockers, enhancing security and eliminating the need to carry bulky, inconvenient traditional keys while bathing, making the relaxation process more seamless. • Spacious Indoor Hot Spring Pool: The hot spring area within the room was exceptionally large, providing a sense of openness. The marble-crafted bathtub was big enough for full body extension, and the misty white sulfur spring water, combined with the spacious environment, offered a private and therapeutic experience. • Comfortable Ambiance: The minimalist blend of wood tones and stone, along with excellent spatial planning, ensured that whether relaxing on the wooden floor in the room or enjoying the smart facilities in the public bath, one could feel the hotel's commitment to quality.
