Cici was an amazing host! She speaks really good english and apart from teaching how to cook the dumplings, also teaches a lot about China and Chinese culture. For vegan people there is also an option to make tofu dumplings.

Cici was a super host. As well as being extremely generous with her time, a knowledgeable and patient chef of delicious dumplings, she was a delightful person with whom to spend an afternoon. Our family really enjoyed spending time with her and we had some great conversations over our meal after the class. I highly recommend her class!

A magical winter visit to Shanghai Disneyland! The cooler weather makes it comfortable to explore, and the park feels extra charming during the season. Top highlights include TRON Lightcycle Power Run, Zootopia: Hot Pursuit, and Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure—all immersive and world-class attractions. The nighttime show, ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration, is a beautiful way to end the day. The park is easily accessible by metro—just watch the last train back to the city center. Entry is smooth with passport scanning, and you’re allowed to bring your own food and refillable water (refill stations are available near restrooms). Overall, a fantastic and well-organized Disney experience!

Fantastic 5.0
I made a dinner reservation for 5pm and I arrived 4pm to watch the sunset. Maybe because it was a Monday, I don't think it was that busy. The food at the restaurant was really good and there was a very big variety. O definitely recommend it!

Fantastic 5.0
I was worried about the seating, but the standard seats had a great view! I couldn't understand the language, but I enjoyed the dancing and performances. The food was all delicious and hot. Even in the standard seats, I got something like a strawberry candy, but it was tomato and muscat. The costumes had fewer variations than I expected, and even though I researched and decided on an image beforehand, I couldn't find a costume with the same vibe, which was frustrating. It came with makeup and hair, but I had read in reviews that the makeup was light, so I went with heavy makeup, and they added rhinestones to my face. The staff are in a big hurry, so I think it's smoother if you do your makeup beforehand. They quickly add decorations to the hair that match the costume, so they don't ask for your opinion. You have to muster up the courage to say something yourself, but basically, they don't understand the language, and they don't speak English, so a translation app is essential. The finished look was a little different from what I had imagined, but there are photo spots, and you can take lots of pictures while eating, so I was satisfied. I recommend taking pictures indoors in a relaxed setting. I also saw people having Hanfu experiences outdoors in places like Yu Garden, but they looked very cold.

The operator was incredibly attentive and always responded super fast! They were so helpful—when we got a bit lost at the drop-off point, they kept updating us and made sure we were okay. Their English is excellent, which is a huge help in China, and they even gave us great tips for the best views on deck. We loved our cruise experience so much that we upgraded to the VIP view deck for an extra 100 RMB and it was absolutely worth it! It came with free tea and biscuits, plus exclusive seating and an amazing view. Thank you so much for making our Huangpu cruise so memorable!

Fantastic 5.0
Legoland is about 60 to 70 km from central Shanghai so plan ahead. Travel time is around 1.5 hours depending on where you are staying. The park is fairly new and the facilities are excellent. We visited as a family of six with kids aged 5, 9, 16, and 17. We have children on the spectrum and the staff were top notch. They really went above and beyond and made our experience very pleasant. The park is also more English friendly compared to many attractions in the city, which made navigating much easier for foreign visitors. It was not very crowded during our visit. If you need a PWD concession ticket it is best to buy onsite rather than in advance. We booked regular tickets via Klook and entry was smooth. We just showed our passports. Food inside is expensive (as expected) but there are many restaurants just outside the park which isn’t too far of a walk. I recommend spending a full day here. There was never a dull moment and we all had a blast!!! 💙💛❤️
