The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

Bought the ticket on Klook and it took roughly 5 days before I got the confirmation email. Took the bullet train from Shanghai to Beijing (for 4.5 hours). Seamless check-in. You just need your passport.

Convenient. Foreigners should use the manned gate and enter with their passports. Entry is allowed only about 12–15 minutes before departure, and the gate closes roughly 5 minutes prior. Seats can be separated by an aisle.

Fantastic 5.0
This one-way private car service for our family of three (11-year-old child + parents) was perfect! The 5-seater car had plenty of space, easily accommodating our child's backpack and LEGO shopping bags. The driver arrived early at our pick-up location in downtown Shanghai. The car was clean and cool, and the entire ride was smooth and safe. Three major advantages: 1. Flexible Timing - We could choose our departure time, perfectly aligning with the park's opening hours. 2. Family-Friendly - The driver proactively adjusted the AC temperature and even provided updates on the park's crowd levels for the day. 3. Seamless Transfer - Direct drop-off at the park entrance, saving us the hassle of walking or transferring. One minor suggestion: it would be great to have a USB charging port available (for the child to use their phone on the way). The value for money was excellent after using Klook Cash for the discount. Highly recommended for families looking for a stress-free start to their trip!

Fantastic 5.0
Using Klook to buy ticket made it easy. I showed my Passport ID at the manned entry point where the staff scanned and entered my info allowing me to enter station. I arrived early to be safe but the trains run on schedule just like Japanese Shinkansen trains. At Shenzhen station they only let one train board at a time so people cue up in line to wait every 15 minutes for the next train. I could’ve arrived about 30 minutes before departure instead of 90. I got the first class ticket with a window seat and it was a comfortable ride with plenty legroom and less crowded than second class. Lots of overhead baggage space for carry on luggage. Train was on schedule arriving in Guangzhou in about 90 minutes.
