Airport transfer: Shanghai Hongqiao / Pudong Airport to Shanghai urban area (multiple vehicle types)

The assign driver will wait for you at the exit from the custom, after collecting your luggage bag. He drive safety and we reached hotel in good time. it's easier to communicate in WeChat. The vehicle is clean and comfortable.

Make your life easy! They emailed me the driver's contact details before our flight, and the driver stand right infront of the exit from immigration holding a paper with my name on it. He parked not too far from the exit. We got Tesla as our car on the way to the hotel. Driver is also helpful, he carried our luggages in and out of the car. Very recommended!

The driver came to the hotel to wait for us half an hour early. We were already waiting in the lobby so we set off smoothly and early. The car is a six-seater Mercedes, very comfortable and provides bottled water. We live on the Bund but had no idea that there would be a 35th anniversary light show on the Bund. The driver was very nice and kept showing us highlights of the light show in the car. The dragons, phoenixes and other characters formed by thousands of drones were very shocking. Pudong has made such progress in just 35 years, which I really admire. Thank you to the enthusiastic driver for giving us this great ride experience. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The service is good in every way. The staff is waiting to pick me up on time. I don't have to tire myself out traveling by train, which is tiring and complicated. 🫶🏻❤️😍

This is my first time booking an airport-hotel/hotel-airport pick-up/send on Klook! I was worried because there didn't seem to be many Korean reviews, but Klook is a site used by people all over the world, so I didn't have to worry-! Thanks to the driver who waited for me on time both at the airport and at the hotel, my trip to Shanghai was comfortable. Above all, the vehicle dispatched was a luxury vehicle that exceeded my expectations, and I was surprised by how well the driver drove. There was no smell of cigarette smoke at all, and far from causing motion sickness, the ride was smooth and I slept really well on the way there and back. I don't know about anything else, but I recommend booking a pick-up/send in advance~ It will definitely improve the quality of your trip!

Very impressed. Pick up on time. Staff are very service-minded. Very comfortable. No need to push luggage up and down the train. Very good. Very good.

Our driver picked us up with a mini bus in the hotel early and we arrived in the airport on time. ☺️

The car arrived on time. The driver held a sign with our name without any problems. The driver was very polite and helped carry our bags. I was not disappointed with the service. I will use this service again next time. It is very convenient. It is suitable for families with children and elderly people. But we came with a group of 4 friends, but we had a lot of bags. It was very worthwhile.

It's very convenient, especially when you get out of the airport in the middle of the night, you can get on the car and go directly to the hotel... No need to worry at all~~~~

The driver was kind, punctual, and drove safely. He was so nice. But it was a Tesla, so the car wasn't in great condition. And I got motion sickness in the back seat. The ride wasn't great. I opened the door and felt the wind. It was okay because I felt the wind.
