The whole process of booking, redeeming, and experience was easy, smooth, and wonderful. Massage was delivered according to your level of strength, as requested. You can request them for specific focus on certain body parts, as you wish. The only thing lacking is the temperature that couldnt be adjust, as the whole place relies on centralised air conditioning. The only thing that the masseuse can do is to give you an extra blanket, which was bearable for me.

I appreciated that there was no pressure or hard-selling of products. Took this for just RM140+ (with discount), and the 90-minute session was worth it by giving out a refreshed scalp, a clear mind. ✨ In short, this headspa is not just about hair — it’s a luxury wellness experience for both body and mind. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in KL who wants to truly treat themselves.
