Spa and Massage at Qi Forest IBIS Styles KLIA

We used this spa on the last day of our trip. We wanted to relieve the fatigue of our trip, and decided on this spa because it was close to the airport and convenient. As soon as we arrived, we felt glad that we chose this spa. It is located at the back of a large, beautiful pool, and the building and interior have a luxurious feel, and the staff are very clean and welcoming. Before the treatment, they will give you a simple medical interview, tea, and a towel. We used it as a couple, and it was a private room. It was quiet and dimly lit, and we slept soundly. The two-hour course, which included a full body massage and a hair wash, cost about 10,000 yen. It's a great deal that you wouldn't believe is less than half the price of a luxury hotel. Plus, it's only a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. I recommend this spa at the end of your trip. It will give you the energy to work hard again tomorrow.

This "transit tranquility" package is quite worth the price point as you get a foot massage, upper body massage and express facial for 30 min each. There is a free shuttle service as well that brings you directly to the hotel where the spa is located.

This was one of the top 5 massage experiences I have ever had. Wonderful surroundings, friendly service and great atmosphere. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a refreshing break between flights in and out of KL.

It was the best. The staff gave me a warm welcome and offered tea first. The treatment was efficient and hit all the right spots, and felt truly meaningful. After the treatment, I was able to take a shower, and it was very clean. They also gave me water after it was over, and I had time to relax. It's been a while since I've been this satisfied. I'm surprised it's only in the 8,000 yen range. I definitely want to come again when I come to Malaysia.

Since my flight back home was a late-night one, I used this before the flight. The full body and facial massage were absolutely fantastic. They remove all your makeup, so you can go home bare-faced. There were shower rooms available, but I didn't use them. All the staff were kind and helpful, and it was a pleasant experience. Just a note that the SPA reception is in a different location from the hotel reception, but the hotel reception staff were also kind enough to guide me.
