my sister, boyfriend, and I had a wonderful time with the tour guides we had on both days (Duyen and Leo)! There was a slight change to our itinerary (ie. the Mua Cave was done on the second day rather than the first day), but we still did everything as planned. There was also a mix-up about whether or not we would get a taxi from the hotel to the first attraction on the second day, but after clearing it up with the tour company, a taxi was provided luckily. Would definitely recommend if you’re tight on time to see all the main sites ☺️

We saw beautiful places, you have to be in very good phisycal condition for the tour, we enjoyed is so much. The lunch was lovely, a bit too much food for 2 person. Temperature can change one minute to the other. We were so lucky with the weather 😍

The Dcar transport, to & fro, was comfortable. Both were excellent drivers. The hotel room was oldish but clean & big room with very nice view. The hotel was in a good location with easy access to many eateries, shoppings & Sapa Square. The hotel staff were very polite & helpful. The foods provided were nothing fancy but good & tasty. We met our guide, Lisa, at the hotel after lunch. She spoke excellent English & is a jovial gal. Lisa brought us to Cat Cat Village. The next day, we visited Fansipan on our own. The hotel staff gave a clear explanation of the self-tour to Fansipan & helped us booked the cable car and funicular rides. The itinerary for a 2D 1N suited us alright. If you want to really enjoy Sapa at a slow pace, I think a 2 nights tour would be better.

Our easy riders were friendly and experienced. They knew all the best scenic spots, photo stops, and hidden gems along the route.
The homestays gave us a real insight into local life, the food wisamazing and the "happy water" is tasty 😋

sleeper train was a little uncomfortable for me but it is quite tolerating at least we safely arrive to Lao Cai station safe and sound, the transport vans in between the tours were very good and lastly the bus going back to hanoi is also very nice and comfortable.
we stayed in sapa luxury hotel which was clean and has a comfortable bed but the best part is the food, from breakfast to dinner were very tasty, has variety and fresh. The organizer is very thoughtful and very attentive so even if you ask for options they would deliver it to you despite the weather conditions since it was raining the whole time i was there i was quite impress with th itinerary provided to me, tour guides i had Susu and Song were very good, informative, patient, helpful and would offer an extra mile just to make you feel satisfied that would really complete the whole experience. the attractions were also very nice despite the rain.

The tour guide unfortunately only spoke Vietnamese. However, he was incredibly nice and kind, and he made a real effort to ensure that everyone understood by utilizing Google Translate. The tour itself was very enjoyable and interesting, and we got to see everything. The food was good, though I would have really liked the menu to include pho and bun bo hue.

Incredible experience, and thanks again to Nhu for her driving despite the sometimes difficult conditions! The landscapes are magnificent, the guest rooms are quite comfortable and clean, and the meals are welcome after the long days of driving!

The guides were informative and extremely helpful. Both dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day were included, and everything was handled smoothly with excellent service.

The round-trip limousine bus was better than the sleeping bus, and the food was decent. However, during the Sapa trip, the people riding the bus kept changing at every stop, so the waiting time was too long.
