This is my 2nd time booking Cozy Bay, never disappointed me. They deliver a very good service and give you the most memorable experience during the tour. our tour guide - Tea was very warm and treated us like a family, checks on us from time to time to make sure everything is okay. The cruise staff were also nice. My mom and I’s experience was superb! Every bit of it was amazing 🫶🏻 Thank you again, Cozy Bay.

My first time in Halong Bay, I booked a tour from Hercules Premium based on a friend's recommendation. And I LOVED IT! 🤩🤩
Everyone from the guide, waiters, and crew were very helpful. The food was varied and delicious!
Our guide Henry, explained each destination very clearly and even helped take photos for us.
It was an amazing experience.
Halong Bay is beautiful and impressive. We visited three sites, all of which were beautiful.
The cruise was beautiful and luxurious for the affordable price. It had three floors, a jacuzzi, seating for watching the sunset on the third floor, and plenty of clean restrooms.
Overall, I loved it and had a memorable day at Halong Bay! ❤️❤️

Our review in actuality is for Ambrose cruise. Our original booking was for Diamond Era cruise but we got a message one day prior from the operator Ms. Chloe that they would not be able to accommodate us on that cruise and instead offered us "an upgrade" to one of their other cruise Ambrose. Initially we were circumspect to accept the choice since the reviews for Ambrose were very few but probably that's because it is a relatively newer cruise. And we weren't disappointed. The cruise was great, the Indian Vegetarian spread too was very tasty. Our Guide Chris ensured we had a great day onboard along with all activities. Evening refreshments could have been better, something more than just fruits to eat. Overall a lovely experience for us. Definitely recommend the Ambrose cruise with Indian vegetarian food package. P.S. - Plastic bottles are not allowed on cruise and you would have no option but to buy canned drinking water. Better carry ur own water in steel waterbottles.

My one-day cruise in Ha Long Bay was unforgettable, thanks to Andy, Johnny and their amazing team. From start to finish, Andy was a great guide. He kept the entire day running smoothly, expertly guiding us through all the major activities, including Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, and a bamboo boat ride at Luon Cave. The genuine care from Andy and the crew truly stood out. They were constantly attentive, making sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the day. Highly recommended!

Top value for money. Everything was well organized, and I received all the information beforehand via WhatsApp. The ship is beautiful and well-maintained. The many people are well distributed on the large ship, so you can always find good spots. The food was great, delicious, and a huge selection. The only downside is that the ship doesn't go far. You can constantly see the city in the distance. The staff speaks English.

I had an incredible day trip on the Ha Long Bay cruise! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and very enjoyable. The food on board was absolutely delicious — a great variety of local Vietnamese dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a treat, and there was more than enough for everyone.
The service on the boat was outstanding. All the crew members were extremely friendly, polite, and always smiling. They made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. I really appreciated how attentive they were — offering drinks, helping with photos, and checking in on us throughout the trip.
What impressed me most was how responsible the staff were at every stop. They always counted carefully and waited until everyone was safely back on board before departing. It made me feel completely safe and well taken care of.
