Wow!! What a wonderful experience. I'm Mexican, I came alone, my English level is less than basic and even so Mila (the guide) was very patient with me and helped me with everything I needed. She was always available on Whatsapp and sent clear and precise instructions. You can definitely tell she loves her job. Thank you for everything, I will recommend the tour and obviously Mila. Regarding whether or not you will see Mount Fuji, the truth is it's a coin toss. I took the tour on February 20th and despite it saying it would be cloudy, it showed itself all morning until 1 pm. Take that into account because seeing Mount Fuji was the only reason I took the tour, if I hadn't seen it I would honestly be angry, not because of the organization, but because of the weather which I can't control hahaha

We really enjoyed this trip as a small group. It’s very comfortable and everything is definitely on time. Definitely hassle free (picked up and dropped off at the hotel). Tours are a bit short as you have little time to explore each place. I just felt like everything has to be done in a hurry. Will definitely try this again with my husband when we get back (travelled with just me and two of my kids).

we had a very pleasant journey to see Mt. Fuji in differerent angles! Our tour guide, Mitsuya (if I remember her name correctly) was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and engaging! Our lunch was also one of a kind with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! Truly a great tour!

We had the best experience seeing these beautiful areas because of our brilliant and friendly driver! His local knowledge, advice and tips for the best places to stop to avoid the crowds was so valuable and appreciated. Even his help at snack stops, showing us the best drink machines and how to use them at 7/11 was a hit with my family. I totally recommend booking a driver to see your planned places in Japan to tour. We had the best day in comfort without worrying about anything, we were very grateful to him.

The tour guide was very approachable, patient, and friendly throughout the whole trip. We were able to visit all the places listed in the itinerary without feeling rushed. The weather was also great during our trip, which made the sightseeing even more enjoyable. we had our tour with Saeed and visited all what’s included in the itinerary. very accomodating and always on time. we customized the trip a little bit and it was okay for our driver. comfortable car and friendly guide driver. i recommend this trip.

a well managed 1 day tour to mt fuji. Ayumi and emico was amazing. the whether was so clear that we can see mt fuji on 16th feb. the trip includes ski experience, one way cable car, one way cruise and shopping place.

Our thoughtful tour guide, Brother Wang, has super steady driving skills, excellent control of the itinerary, and a lot of patience with children. The whole trip was very relaxing, the car ride was very comfortable, and blessed with great weather, it was filled with happiness. It's a wonderful memory. For the zoo, it is recommended to line up early for the tour bus. The entire tour bus itinerary takes about 50 minutes, and with the waiting time, there is limited time left for free activities. Many small animals have feeding activities that you can participate in on your own. It is recommended to prepare a dozen 100-yen coins, as each feeding costs 100 yen. It's a great experience, and the kids all love it. All-you-can-eat strawberries with free condensed milk, we ate until we were high, it really is a sea of strawberries. Finally, we saw the swans and prepared to head back to Tokyo. Overall, 5-star review.
