it was great , the staff jiji, and others were very polite, informative and helpful. the equipments were in great condition and clean too. the drive was of 1 hr and we enjoyed it a lot .

Ilari is our excellent, friendly and patient guide. He is very familiar with the animals in Ranua zoo. He is also very willing to share lives and history of Finland, letting us know more the life of Finnish! Our guide is very friendly, patient, and supportive. Even if you are the first time skiing, he is always willing to teach and help. We had a very wonderful experience.

Big thanks to the guide Gabor for all the help today. Skiing is really physically demanding and definitely a sweaty activity. As a first-time skier, I learned a lot and fell many times, but it was a truly unique and memorable experience :)

Paul took great care of us – providing warm drinks, snacks. He helped everyone with taking professional pictures with his camera (I got some amazing shots on my phone as well!), and his enthusiasm kept spirits high all night.
If you’re heading out to hunt the aurora, book a tour with Paul – he’s dedicated, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure you see the lights. Highly recommend! 10/10 would do again.

So happy to chase the Northern Lights in Finland again. The Northern Lights reflected on the lake are so beautiful. The weather is good today, and I'm very lucky. The weather is very cold, but this trip chasing the Northern Lights was worth it. Plus, there's a bonfire and food to eat, which is awesome! 👍

unfortunate for me not able to see the northern lights on this trip. very disappointed. however, kudos to my two guides who were trying very hard to try catch one but to no avail.
