Very convenient! You can board at Tsuen Wan and go straight to Shenzhen Bay to clear customs. After clearing customs, find the Trans-Island staff and get on the vehicle heading to your destination. The trip from Tsuen Wan to Guangzhou takes about 3 hours, the whole journey is very comfortable, and there's no need to transfer multiple times.

On the second day, we had the same driver named Deng Wei. The service was exceptional! He was very engaging, recommended great restaurants, even called ahead to check wait times for us since we didn't have a strict plan, suggested tourist spots, and was extremely helpful overall. It made us even more impressed than we were on the first day.

Our driver, Paul, arrived on time, car was clean and ride comfortable. Paul is also very helpful and experienced. Clearing immigration was fast and smooth.

I would highly recommend this private transport from Guangzhou to Hong Kong if you are traveling with luggage. Sure, it is more pricey than if you were to take a high speed train or a ferry, but the convenience of not having to lug your luggage long distances and up and down stairs was worth the cost for me. The driver was punctual and the vehicle was top notch comfort. Going through customs was a breeze and the ride was scenic.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

it was a great experience. Bit confusing at first but easy to cross border. you have to be on time like 20mins should know your gate. or else ul be left behind coz of people. Sometimes your car is far from your gate & have to walk 15mins so better be early.

We were not able to get to the Hot Air balloon because of the weather and the lotuses in Fenglin town has all withered. Still a good trip for us. Driver was the same one when we booked the Kaiping trip. He is always punctual and helpful but he was so worrisome. He was dozing off while driving us back to the hotel and almost collided.
