Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou

We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Chimelong Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The best part of staying here is the complimentary access to several parks. We visited the Water Park, International Circus, Safari Park, and Birds Park. Every park was unique and impressive. Our highlights were definitely the Water Park and seeing the koalas and pandas at the Safari Park—truly unforgettable! However, there are areas where the hotel needs improvement, particularly regarding hygiene and cleanliness. While we didn't mind that the rooms are a bit dated, finding leftover food in our first room was disappointing. To the staff's credit, they promptly upgraded us to a suite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. This was a significant issue for us. We genuinely enjoyed our trip and would love to return, provided the hotel can address these cleaning and smoke odor issues.

I recently booked a 3-day, 2-night package at Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel through Klook, which included Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Birds Park, the Grand Circus, and a buffet dinner. Overall, it was an excellent value, and Klook's booking process was simple, saving a lot of hassle. The hotel accommodations were comfortable, and the service was attentive. Its location is conveniently close to Hanxi Changlong Station on the Guangzhou Metro. Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Paradise, and Chimelong Birds Park were all fantastic and perfect for family visits. For the first entry, we registered with our Home Return Permit, and then for the next three days, we could enter an unlimited number of times using facial recognition, which was very convenient. The Grand Circus was truly amazing, with spectacular performances. There were warm-up activities half an hour before the show, and the main performance lasted about 75 minutes—definitely not to be missed. The buffet dinner offered a rich variety of dishes, and the taste was also very good. We could enjoy the delicious food while also admiring white tigers and birds. In summary, this Chimelong trip was very enjoyable, and Klook's booking service was satisfying. This package offered excellent value for money.

really a great place for both kids and adult, the magical elements just everywhere from the hotel to the zoo and all 4 parks! Hotel location is convenient and there are shuttle bus to the parks, and designated entrance to water park, just throw stone away from the hotel.

it was a lovely stay at chimelong hotel with my family of 2A3C, bed was big enough for our 3 young children. Room is spacious though a bit dated but it was okay. buffet breakfast variety was good but the one at zhuhai has better selections. overall my family enjoyed the stay and it was nice that the package included both adults and children tickets to most attractions. except for water world, we needed extra tickets for the child.

This children friendly hotel is convenient to redeem the tickets from the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful! The hotel provides swimming caps for those used the hotel swimming pools, live jackets for kids below 1.5meter. The breakfast was wide spread and up to the standard. But the weather was super hot, we needed to hydrate ourselves frequently. It would be great if you have WeChat pay or alipay so that can pay for drinks anywhere in the parks.

The hotel arranged two connecting rooms, which was very thoughtful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable! The buffet dinner food was good and diverse! The circus was exciting and entertaining, though our seats were off to the side, so we only had a partial view. The animal world had a wide variety of animals, too much to see in one day. The mini-train ride was a nice experience; it would have been even better if we could have stopped briefly at each animal exhibit! As for the amusement park, the facilities were a bit old and not very thrilling, but I saw new attractions under construction, so I hope there will be some highlights later! We didn't have time to visit the bird park or the water park. The weather was simply too hot; it would be better to come back in the fall or winter!

When I checked in, I added 200 yuan to upgrade the room type (with terrace and facing the grassland) and buffet breakfast for two people the next day. I went to the zoo for two consecutive days and went to the World of Fun on the second afternoon. If it wasn't included, I wouldn't have bought the ticket to the World of Fun. This time I could go and play for free. After entering the park three times like this, the ticket price per person is already over 1,000 yuan, including accommodation, and it is Christmas, so it is really a great value! !

The circus was very exciting, and my two children clapped and cheered, shouting that they were happy to watch it👍. Originally, we requested a twin room online, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff said that no one told him, so they couldn't arrange a twin room for us. It is recommended that friends who want to stay in a twin room communicate with Klook Rooms individually and then contact the hotel. What is commendable is that I lost my phone while watching the Great Circus. I immediately contacted the staff the next morning and they said they had a phone and it was really me! Highly commend them for their performance in not picking up lost items on the road👍👍👍👍👍
