Yummy durians that came fresh in a pretty box! :) thanks Klook
Excellent quality durian. The package arrived in a temperature-controlled box with icepacks.
Thank you for the patient service by klook. Although the merchant delivered the product / goods late but yet it still arrived on the same date as agreed! Service can be improved with a tracking number! Thanks !
Appreciate for the Klook awesome customer service and patient for responding my request. Keep the good vibes going :)
So bad experience buying mooncake with Klook! I have ordered 4 boxes but they only sent 1 box. When I tried to contact chat agent but they want me to show them the proof that I only received 1 box. What so funny. They should check at their side rather than asking buyer to show proof. Until now yet to solve my problem. They said will give me an update but dont know when. Don't purchase anything from Klook, their service is really LOUSY!!!!!!!!

Put 3 orders in a few days ago for delivery yesterday but haven't heard any news of delivery. Chased it up with klook and the company itself but still haven't heard anything. Disappointed. Still waiting for news.

Although I received the long-awaited moon cakes a day late, the packaging and taste are really good! I can feel the hard work on the packaging, and it also comes with a small fork, a knife and a box of Qingrun tea. ^^ The protagonist -The filling of snowy mooncakes, the snowy skin will not be too thick. I haven't opened the package, just open the box and I can smell the strong durian aroma! Durian is very flavorful (bitter). Strongly push people who love durian to buy!
Nicely packaged and delivered, good as a gift. Did not have an option to contact the vendor so we can't comment on that, another thing is that hopefully there are more delivery timing options. Pretty late for a durian feast.
My husband enjoyed his birthday treat. He said the durian is nice, smooth creamy and fresh. Eventhough i do not eat durian but I am so happy and satified with the order as my husband really love it.
Fast, efficient and perfect service provided. A good app with fantastic hassle free experience. My husband friend and his family had a very good time eating the delicious musang king durians all day. Definitely worth the money paid and this platform is trustable.
