Turn your sushi class into a full Tsukiji experience! Many market shops open early and close around 2 PM, so we recommend the 10:30 AM class if you'd also like to explore Tsukiji Market. Arrive a little early to walk around before your class, and bring some yen as some local shops only accept cash. After making your sushi bento, you'll still have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of Tokyo—many of our guests head to teamLab or other Tokyo attractions in the afternoon. The class was held in a cozy Small Group Class setting, making it perfect for beginners and highly family-friendly for those traveling with kids. Learning about the traditional Food Culture while creating beautiful, delicious art was such a rewarding experience.
Komi & Mia are wonderful hosts. The class is simple yet informative and perfect for all skill levels. Our preteen son had a great time as well. My husband and I do not order nigiri often back home, but the quality and freshness of the fish made all the difference here. My husband proclaimed that it was the best nigiri he’d had.
