Okinawa Miyakojima One-Day Tour

I booked a shuttle for 8:35 AM and arrived 20 minutes early, fearing I might be late. By 8:45 AM, there was still no car. Usually, they are quite punctual, or they notify you of any changes, but there was no communication. Traveling alone with my mother, I waited and waited until I finally called customer service. To put it simply, my booked trip was completely forgotten. They then dispatched another car, and we finally departed at 9:05 AM. I was willing to overlook all of that, at least it was resolved. I initially didn't want to leave a negative review, but then something even more absurd and frustrating happened when we were dropped off. The driver tried to charge me for the ride? I had already paid when I booked the tour. The driver probably wondered why I wasn't paying, which led me to call customer service again. They eventually apologized, saying there was a miscommunication. This made the driver very unhappy, as if I was trying to trick him, and he still looked unconvinced. I sincerely want to tell anyone considering booking this activity to think twice. It might be best to have the customer service number handy beforehand. I booked this trip for the convenience of traveling with my family and to avoid unexpected issues, but in the end, I had to deal with all sorts of problems myself. It was truly awful.
