What to expect
This route encompasses 5 classic must-visit spots and unique cycling experiences in the Mount Fuji area, allowing you to fully appreciate the diverse charm of Mount Fuji.
- First Stop: Lake Yamanaka Cycling Experience (approx. 90 minutes). We will cycle freely along the lakeside, reliving the glory of the Olympic cycling track. If the weather is bad and not suitable for cycling, it will be changed to free sightseeing at Lake Yamanaka.
- Second Stop: Kawaguchiko Lawson Convenience Store. This is a popular spot for taking classic photos of Mount Fuji, where you can freely take pictures and enjoy a light meal.
- Third Stop: Kawaguchiko Oishi Park. In summer, lavender covers the mountains, and in autumn, kochia turns crimson like a sunset, forming a beautiful picture with Mount Fuji. *From November 1st to 30th, the itinerary will change to Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor.
- Fourth Stop: Ladder Town Hikawa Clock Shop. The panoramic view of Mount Fuji perfectly blends with the Japanese-style streetscape.
- Fifth Stop: Arakurayama Sengen Park. From a high vantage point, you can take in the five-story pagoda and the panoramic view of Mount Fuji.

We booked the Mount Fuji Lake Yamanakako cycling experience and Lake Kawaguchiko viewing for a group of 9 adults and it was great! Our driver, Bob, contacted us the day before to confirm pickup and again once he was curbside at Tokyo Station. His timing was spot-on all day driving us to all five locations on the itinerary. His English was good enough where we had fun and some memorable laughs. We are grateful for Bob’s service, especially at every attempt to give us a chance to see Mount Fuji, which was difficult on this cloudy day! Our group was all smiles at the end and we encourage others to book through Klook.

Satisfied with the excursion. It was a shame, however, that at the last stop we actually had too little time to both climb to the Chureito Pagoda and leisurely walk along Fujiyoshida Street. That was a bit too tight in the schedule; it seems no allowance was made for the waiting time at the Pagoda. Meanwhile, at the Lawson store, for example, we had far too much time scheduled, as that store had a nice view but was otherwise just a simple shop. So, after taking the necessary 'Insta' photos, we had to 'wait' there for more than half an hour before moving on. A big compliment to our guide; he even climbed to the Pagoda with us, dressed in a suit and in temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius! Thank you for the extra service.
Pretty straightforward, exactly as described. Our group had a good time. Fortunately Mount Fuji was bright out. The guide was also generous with us as we had difficulties (our side, our falt) with finding the meet up point - luckily we were not too far and he helped us. Great for those who want to bike around the lake and also want someone to drive you around the spots.

- This is a group tour, and there may be guests who speak other languages on the bus.
- To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to confirm the meeting point in advance. Once determined, please avoid making temporary changes. If you fail to board the bus due to changes to the meeting point for personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.
- Regarding seating requirements, we will do our best to coordinate. However, this trip is a carpool tour, and seats are generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the booking notes, and we will do our best to arrange them. The final seating arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay, change, or cancel the operation of some rides and performances without prior notice.
- The itinerary may be adjusted according to weather and other factors.
