Please input accurate information (e.g. Ski or Snowboard, Shoe size）when you book. Otherwise you might wait at rental desk if there would be crowded, and also you may not get the size you want.

Maybe it’s because there aren’t too many people in the middle of March, and it’s not too cold. It’s fun. Every employee is very eager to help.
Unfortunately, when we got there…they don’t have our reservation from Klook. Thought we wasted 2 hrs of land travel for nothing. Kinda hard to reach if you dont have a car, make sure to be there the earliest possible. Bus going back to the city is until 3pm only and most taxis are not available by that time (5k yen taxi fare going to Noboribetsu station). Since we missed the bus, and there are only 2 taxis available (we need 3)… the manager is kind enough to drop us to the city after their shift + we got to enjoy the ski place for few hrs. Oh yea, Klook is quick to response for the refund so kudos for that.
Forst time skiing and it was fun. Not that easy but a great experience to try in Japan. Will come back again.
Really recommend! This ski resort has fewer people and is very suitable for novices. The staff are also very friendly. The disadvantage is that the transportation is relatively inconvenient. You need to charter a car or drive yourself to get there.
