- Even in rainy weather, this tour will proceed as scheduled unless the organizer officially announces the cancellation of the fireworks display before the tour departs. Please note that the decision to cancel the fireworks display is sometimes made by the organizing committee on the morning of the event. In that case, the tour staff will notify you on the day of the event, so please pay attention.
- If the fireworks display is officially confirmed to be canceled the day before departure, we will refund the full travel fee and cancel this itinerary, so please rest assured. However, if the fireworks display is temporarily canceled or postponed due to sudden weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances after departure, the travel expenses, including the viewing seat fee, will not be refunded. We ask for your understanding and consideration in advance 🙏 In addition, the transportation costs incurred for traveling to and from the meeting point will also need to be borne by the traveler. - If the fireworks display becomes dangerous due to severe weather (such as typhoons, heavy storms, etc.) or rising water levels, the event may be temporarily suspended. If the event is canceled due to force majeure reasons such as extreme weather, you will be notified by phone or email. If no notification is received, the event will proceed as scheduled, and the itinerary will not be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
- This tour provides staff services in Chinese, English, and Japanese. As this is a combined tour, you will be grouped with travelers of different nationalities on the day.
