I booked my ticket through the Klook website. Here’s how to use it: 1. After payment, you’ll receive a barcode directly in the Klook app. 2. At Kansai International Airport in Japan, follow the signs for the bus. 3. Once you exit the gate, you’ll see numbered signs showing the destinations for each bus. 4. Next to the exit gate, there’s a machine where you can scan your barcode, print your ticket, and then head to the sign number for your destination. Super easy!

The Kansai Airport Limousine Bus made getting to and from the airport so easy and stress-free! It’s comfortable, clean, and has plenty of space for luggage. The buses run pretty often and are always on time, which is perfect after a long flight. Definitely one of the most convenient ways to travel between the airport and the city!

Purchase a Limousine Bus ticket from Kansai Airport to Kyoto Station and you'll receive a QR code after placing your order. Upon arrival at Kansai Airport Terminal 1, head to the Bus Information counter on the left after exiting through Exit C on the 1st floor. There, you'll find a ticket exchange machine. Simply scan the QR code to print your bus ticket. Then, proceed to Bus Stop 8 and show your bus ticket to the staff who will handle your luggage. They will give you a numbered tag to attach to your luggage. The driver will collect your bus ticket when you board the bus. Find a seat, and upon arrival at Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit, present your luggage tag to claim your luggage. It's very easy to use, and I will definitely purchase from Klook again for my next airport bus trip.

To Kyoto station read this: Terminal 1 Fl. 1 ( arrival ) Exit C Platform no. 8 for Kyoto will be on the left side. Looking for the ticket machine ( under the blue sign “ Bus information” ) and scan voucher QR code you will get a paper ticket and then go to line up at B sign ( KY ) for Kyoto station. A bus staff will attach bag tag for you and you will get a bag tag number. Show your ticket to the bus driver before getting on the bus. Pls keep the ticket till you arrive the destination because you will need to give it to the bus driver when you get off the bus. The bus will stop at Kyoto JR station near Hotel Keihan Kyoto Grande. This is very suitable for those travellers who have big baggages. Lawson is also around the corner from bus stop.

I cannot stress enough the NEED to book this instead of taking the train. We took the limousine bus to and from the airport. It was hassle-free. Each person is allowed 2 baggage space for storage. The trip took ~45 min airport <-> Osaka. P.S pics not related

Although we missed the last bus due to delayed flights, the people at the bus terminal were very friendly and sympathetic. They helped us book and catch the train as we didn’t know how to speak Japanese! thanks!

it a fantastic decision to bought this bus tickets if u have big or more luggage as the bus will bring u to Osaka city interchange straight from Kansai airport. will definitely recommend this than taking train.
