Our guide Dana was very knowledgeable about each location around the Mount Fuji area. She also helps takes instagramable photos of you and your group that you will be very pleased about. she speaks both very good English and Chinese and is easy to understand. She make the whole process easy and make sure that tour will run as smoothly as possible.
The appointment time was clear. Even if you don't speak the language, you should still go. You'll get all the beautiful photo spots. The guide named DANA is very good. She takes care of the tour members throughout. For those who go alone, don't worry. You'll definitely have photos to use (the first photo is the one DANA took for me).
Choosing this tour group was definitely the right decision... The travel was comfortable, the group wasn't too big, the guide controlled the group well, and they provided a lot of knowledge and recommended great photo spots. The checkpoints on this trip were all main, outstanding, and excellent locations. The driver was pretty good too, no dizziness. The round trip was quite on time. For those who are going, I recommend bringing your own snacks... If you're looking for a one-day trip to see Mr. Fuji, we highly recommend this group. It's very good and really worth it.

The tour is a great experience of Mt. Fuji. We saw different views: from lakes to the famous Chureito Pagoda, and maple corridor, short train ride of Mt. Fuji approaching to us. Dana is friendly and experience on her suggestions of what to do, how to manage my times so I can get the most out of this day trip. The driver is knowledgeable on his routes and pleasant drive. If you want to do a day trip to Mt. Fuji, this is the tour, recommended.
2025/11/17 Today, the weather at Mount Fuji is unbelievably good! I never expected to be so lucky on my first visit to Mount Fuji, to be able to see such a beautiful view 🥰. Our tour leader, Mian Mian, really took such, such, such good care of us! Besides the introduction to the attractions and photo shooting angles, she also helped us take many beautiful photos. I felt so happy and blessed throughout the whole day. I think this is a gift that Mount Fuji wants to give us 😚.
It was a very pleasant trip! My friend and I set off, and the weather was particularly good in the morning, so we could see Mount Fuji ヾ(´▽｀;)ゝ. We also happened to see swans. The weather was cloudy in the afternoon, so we couldn't see as much, but the sights were still very beautiful. Our tour guide, Wang Min, was very gentle and enthusiastic. She kept giving us information and helped us arrange our itinerary very well. It was a very happy day o((*^▽^*))o.
Dana is knowledgeable and friendly. However, as I don’t understand much Mandarin, I struggled to understand her heavily Chinese-accented English as much as she was struggling to speak the language, to the point I felt ‘lost in translation’ and just followed the group without really understanding her stories and descriptions of the locations. The itinerary was well-planned, beautiful locations but it all depends on the weather of the day to be able to view Mount Fuji which we unfortunately had to see Mount Fuji behind the clouds most of the time.
A very happy Mount Fuji trip! Our guide, Mian Mian, was very cute and thoughtful, explained everything clearly, and the itinerary was well-planned and compact. She took everyone to the various photo spots in advance to prepare, and enthusiastically helped everyone take pictures. This successful Mount Fuji trip is all thanks to Mian Mian!
