【Cancellation Policy】

• Notice that 10% of the travel expenses will be compensated within the 23rd to 32nd day before the departure date.
• Notice that 20% of the travel expenses will be compensated within the 13th to 22nd day before the departure date.
• Notice that 30% of the travel expenses will be compensated within the 6th to 12th day before the departure date.
• Notice that 70% of the travel expenses will be compensated within 1 to 5 days before the departure date.
• Notification will be made on the day of departure, and 100% of the travel expenses will be compensated.
• If the passenger cannot meet up due to personal reasons, the company will not refund or reissue commemorative gifts.
• If you need to cancel, please notify the original order sales staff in advance during working hours (Monday to Friday 09:00~18:00).
• After the order is successfully placed, no date changes or substitutions will be accepted, please note.
