Okuibuki Ski Resort Information
- Beginners can enjoy with peace of mind! You can apply for ski school on the official website of Okuibuki Ski Resort. *Lessons are charged and require advance reservation.
- About the deposit at the time of admission We will collect a deposit (500 yen) at the time of admission to the ski resort. After skiing, you can get a refund at the refund counter, but you can also exchange the coin for ice cream or souvenirs, so please use it! *It would be appreciated if customers who are still skiing refrain from refunds on the way. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Restaurant area available in the ski area There is a restaurant area where you can eat as soon as you get tired of skiing. Take a break with a warm meal!
- Advance reservation for ski equipment and wear is OK! You can reserve ski wear and equipment online in advance. You can shorten the waiting time on site and enjoy skiing more smoothly!

We had such an excellent time at this ski resort! The kids’ park is outstanding — very safe, well-organized, and perfect for beginners. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made it stress-free for parents. The snow quality was great — soft, well-maintained, and perfect for both skiing and playing. Even throughout the day, the slopes stayed in very good condition. It’s the perfect place for families, especially if you’re bringing kids who are new to snow. Everything felt clean, organized, and enjoyable.
The guide (Felix) is very friendly and he tried his best to speak English despite it is not his stronger language. It was a smooth ride to and fro. And all of the instructions are clear.
We booked this because my son wants to see snow. our pick up point is very easy to find and it is on time. we had a nice view as well while travelling. also, huahua is very nice tour guide ❤️highly recommended to include this on your trip!

Jackie our tour guide and driver was very kind, our travel was smooth to and from. Though we expected it would be a bus, but rather just a van with 13 other tourists.

HuaHua is a great tour guide. we enjoyed a lot. he is very helpful. good in explaining and speaks nice english. he helped us with everything. the experience with this booking is nice. bus is clean and is very timely.
First of all we would like to thank our tour guide for approaching us when he recognized from a far that we were running towards the meet up point. We almost missed the bus since there were so many big crab signages restaurant in dotonbori so better check the place the day before the tour. Our guide is a korean who cannot speak english however, he tried to connect to us and translate the rules/announcement via app translator. Overall, the bus tour is very convenient ride from Osaka to Shiga since the ski resort can only be reached if you have a private car/tour bus.

- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure/start time. We will depart/start on time, even if you are late.
- The bus departs on schedule, so please be on time for boarding. We are not responsible for any delays.
- We sincerely apologize if we arrive at the next attraction early or end the tour early due to facility closures or limited admission times.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or inclement weather.
- The tour may be canceled due to natural disasters or extreme weather conditions. In this case, please contact us to confirm the departure status.
- The visit time for each attraction depends on road traffic conditions and the number of participants on the day.
- This itinerary is available in Chinese and Japanese.
- If you are delayed due to traffic or personal reasons and are unable to join the tour, you will be automatically canceled by the passenger and no refund will be given.
- We will not provide a refund if a traveler abandons the tour midway due to their own circumstances.
- During consecutive holidays, the estimated end time may be later than usual due to road congestion. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the return time due to other unavoidable circumstances, and we cannot cover the costs of taxis or hotel accommodations.
- Please note that seat reservations are not possible on the bus, smoking is prohibited, and there are no restrooms.
- Ski equipment rental is not included in the fee. Ski equipment can be rented at the facility. Prices are based on the facility's standard rates.
