Grand Deluxe King Balcony Mountain View · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

Thought we’d be doing a roundtrip bus ride back to Sapa today after forgetting our passports at the hotel 😭 I know dumb. But thanks to the kindness and help of Long from DelaSol Hotel, our passports made it back to us via HK Busline. He went above and beyond. Forever grateful for good people during stressful moments 🫶

Great experience, clean, staffs accomodating, you get what you pay for. The location was good too, you can walk for about 10mns to reach the center. Atleast me, I have small steps. Uhm, the breakfast buffet, not much options. The room has good ambiance tho. Still recommended esp if you want quality yet not so far from the Center.

Grand Deluxe Balcony Mountain View - Free Afternoon Tea · 6 Adults · 2 Nights

The staff's warm smiles and genuine care made up for the language barrier. Though communication was sometimes challenging, their willingness to assist was evident in every interaction. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat. While a bit of extra effort was needed to understand each other, the overall experience was positive and made for a memorable stay.

Great hotel room. Staff were amazing, they're really accomodating and friendly. We booked Grand Deluxe Balcony Mountain View room which includes free breakfast and afternoon tea. They even gave us free cake for my friends' birthday. The view from our balcony is superb. Highly recommended.

Premium Mountain View with Balcony - Free Afternoon Tea · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

We booked premium room with Mountain view, and have to pay additional charge for the child (which is okay). And what we got is what we pay, and more. The room was spacious, with super clean and tidu room. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating, eventhough we have a bit language barrier. They always try their best to cater our needs, and that speaks volume. The hotel itself is located not far from the City center, and surrounded by marts, massage parlor, and easy to reach either by walks, tuktuk, or taxi. It is very recommended for people with family, or even single traveler to book this hotel. 10/10 must try.
