The staff were exceptionally humble, polite, and welcoming. When they found out it was my birthday, they went out of their way to decorate my room and surprise me with a cake. Being treated with such warmth and thoughtfulness in a foreign country made me feel truly special and at home. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options for vegetarians. The location is another big plus, as Fansipan is within walking distance. Overall, a lovely experience with genuinely caring staff who made my stay even more memorable!

This is my favourite hotel through out my 6days holiday in Sapa & Hanoi city. The infinity pool has great view of the mountains and you could also enjoy the view while having bfast. Mr Kenny at reception desk help me to check on the Fansipan weather before taking the train up. Hotel staff also assist when HK shuttle bus arrived. Very near to sapa halal restaurant too. and walking distance to Sun plaza. I wish in future the hotel could prepare halal food in the kitchen. They also decor our bed for our anniversary. Much thank you!

the hotel is pretty good. location as well. about 7mins walk to Sapa center. lots of food options and massages within the area. rooms are pretty good to. really good value. not so good - breakfast is not good. they have several options. but only a few were really good. we also tried their massage. not too good as well. so despite all the good things about the hotel i can’t give it a 5.
