The location is unbeatable—we were within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. What truly made our trip was the incredibly polite staff. From the front desk accommodating our early check-in to the breakfast team greeting our loud group with warm smiles every morning, we felt genuinely welcome. Highly recommend.

I am pleased to recommend SAPA CENTER HOTEL based on my experience during my stay. The hotel provided excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to commend the hotel staff specially Bean and Rico for their professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. They were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with guests’ needs and requests. Their positive attitude and dedication to providing quality service made my stay truly pleasant and memorable. The cleanliness, facilities, and overall service were also well-maintained and satisfactory. The overall experience is very good. The staff and the front desk are helpful. The manager is very hands-on and even recommended us a good spa massage nearby. The crew can also speak the Filipino language. They are very welcoming and bubbly. Definitely work your penny.

This is the only concern I have: We were at room 304 and it is a little dim or darkish. I suggest they replace some yellow bulbs with white for a well-lit room. hotel location: very convenient, it’s just 2mins away from Sun Plaza. breakfast: this is my favorite part of the hotel! Their breakfast buffet was very very satisfying <3 service: all their staff is very nice, love them!
