The staff are really friendly though I feel they might be somewhat understaffed as sometimes the reception counter is left unmanned as the staff on duty has to go off and handle some hotel matters. The room is spacious though the arrangement is somewhat weird. The bathtub for spa water is really big so it takes some time to fill up. Breakfast is lacking in variety but the quality is ok. Free drinks like coffee or ice tea are available 24/7. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness, its good. The place seems to be really kid friendly as well as I see a play pen for kids. Only complaint is there is no laundary service so you have to go to a self laundary shop several blocks away if you need to wash your clothes.
