Buying tickets through Klook can offer some discounts. When combined with credit card rewards, it can be more cost-effective than buying directly on-site. This ticket allows direct entry by showing the QR code, eliminating the need to exchange it for a physical ticket. If you're visiting Yilan on a rainy day, consider the Lanyang Museum.

Experience: A great experience, my first time taking a boat to see dolphins. The weather in Yilan was excellent, and groups of dolphins came out to play. Facilities: Great, there's air conditioning in the inner cabin and plenty of seating outdoors. Instructor: Careful guidance on safety measures before boarding. The boat tour guide gave a thoughtful introduction 👍

An interesting shrimp fishing experience, where you can choose to grill the shrimp yourself or have them cooked for you after fishing. Worth a visit!

I've been here a few times before, but never went inside the Exploration Hall. Today was my first time inside, and the kids had a great time and learned a lot of knowledge. It perfectly embodies the concept of learning through play, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Compared to Taipei, it's really great for shrimp fishing, and the instruction is very detailed. Even first-timers can get the hang of it, making it a great stop for family travel. One rod costs $350 NTD for one hour and 10 minutes. If you don't catch at least half a jin (300g) within that time, they will supplement it to half a jin. If you catch more than half a jin, they will weigh and calculate the price accordingly (half a jin is about 7 shrimp). During the time period, most people can catch an average of about 13-16 shrimp. The shrimp are quite large and very active. You can redeem a shrimp cracker for a photo of you catching two shrimp at once.

I visited the Lanyang Museum over a decade ago, and this time I brought my kids. I didn't expect the surrounding area to have changed so much. The exhibitions here are great and it's a great place for taking pictures!
