overall it was a pleasant stay at landabout. clean room, convenient near the station just 5 min walk. nothing much in the neighborhood, but you can walk to ueno park in 15 min walk. the cons its just too small. its probably the smallest room that we stayed in tokyo area. other than that was a nice hotel.
