the nicest of the business hotels I've stayed at, but a little pricier than the typical business hotel. i enjoyed the room cleanliness and fresh towels everyday. the location was good and wrote next to Ueno park.

Best location which is walking distance from Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, a Don Quijote and a string of convenience stores. Extend your walk a bit, crossing from Ueno Park and one gets to explore the Ameyoko Market. Right at the ground floor of the building is a supermarket then a Ramen shop just some steps away. If I had known that they also provide a kimono style top and black loose pants for sleepwear then a laundry area on the 3rd floor, I would have packed less. For breakfast, there's a good healthy spread of menu to choose from. The only downside is for long staying guests as the menu is pretty much the same day to day

Kids and I love the room. It was very spacious. Hotel room entry is old school with the use of the key but it's alright. It's a few steps away from Uguisudani Station on the Yamanote and Keishin-Tohoku Line. It's not around a commercial district so it's quiet at night. BUT given the chance to be back in Tokyo for the 3rd time, I'd stay near the subway lines, they're more accessible and save up on transportation costs especially if you have the 24-, 48-, 72-hr Metro Subway ticket.

The room is so spacious. It is near to the Uguisudani station, JR yamanote line. It’s a bit lenghty walk from the hotel to the station but there’s an elevator so you won’t have a hard time carrying your luggages. The hotel staff are friendly and approachable. Sleepwares are provided as well.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything! I highly recommend this hotel, is for its cozy rooms, very good breakfast buffet is a plus, a lot of choices. Near Ueno Park. A big thumbs up! Thank you, will definitely come back!
