Sofa bed has seen better days. Have to purchase slippers. Could have been better if a mirror is provided in the room. But the staff is top notch, location is awesome and ambiance is unbeatable. Early check in is not a problem if the room is available.

first hotel in our first day in tokyo. they have sharing rest room & showering room every floor. the receptionist is nice. though the hotel is small , but its all good. we stay with 2 boys, and the space is just good. the cafe is 24 hour. playground just in front of the hotel.

Perfect place to stay. The reception staff was so accomodating and they even let us check in early with no additional fee. The place is so clean also. Though it was a shared bathroom, the place was so neat, organize and clean. If i’ll come back in Tokyo, I’ll stay here again. Also it has a direct access to airport as the nippori station is nearby, just 11 minutes walk.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, rooms are very tidy and clean. Shared bathrooms/showers was a different experience but it was nice to be able to use it whenever and you can use any bathroom on any floor
