UH Suite The Gangnam

The room was clean, spacious. Only downside was that there is only 1 shower for such a big space which means we had to wait to take turns and shower.

Overall we had a great stay but some points to note. We arrived around noon, and there was no one at reception. Understand check in time was 3pm but there was suppose to be baggage storage for early arrivals. But with no staff contactable (tried calling and WA the given number but unsuccessful) we had no clue where was baggage storage area. We waited for a long time, in the end, we went floor to floor to look and we bumped into housekeeping who said we could jus leave our bags outside our room door. I guess there wasnt any actual bag storage area. Someone finally did reply my WA more than an hr later, saying that recep was only opened from 3pm onwards. So if u are arriving before 3pm, be aware. Then however, on check out day, we were just late by 15 mins and miraculously there was someone at reception, and she wanted to charge us for being 15 mins late. Only after we said we will leave a bad review, that she decided not to charge. So again, be aware that u are not a min late in check out as there is zero grace period. Despite this, the suite was beautifully decorated, the location was 10/10 and we enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of shops and eateries all around and the subway station was a short walk away. Will consider staying here just based on these factors.
