This was such a cute hotel. The rooms are a bit small but we were able to put our luggage on and under the benches in the room. They had a cute character theme and we ended up buying a keychain of the character as it was so adorable. Be sure to checkout their rooftop bar/restaurant. the views from both inside and outside were amazing. I would recommend this hotel if you wanted to stay in Gangnam.

hotel cappuccino is in the middle of Gangnam and it’s super convenient if you are looking to be in this area. Clean and new facilities in the room although the only thing I’ll complain about is the hallway lights are too dim

The location is great for me - not so busy area of Gangnam but at the same time super accessible - 3-5 mins walk to convinience store and train station, 10 mins walk to Sinnonhyeon area where we did our last day last minute shopping at Olive Young, Kyobo, Daiso, Apple. My fave in the neighborhood will be the Korean-Chinese restaurant down the street, they serve solid dishes Tansuyuk and Jjajanggmyeon. Same-day luggage storage is free (not sure if it's still free if you store if for days). Staff are ok. The room we booked is small for 2 big luggages and 2 hand carry luggages - it was hard to move around but we worked it out. But bed is spacious enough for 2 pax. Bathroom is spacious as well and it comes with body wash and shampoo. No free toiletries as expected. Late check out has a corresponding fee. Set room temp wasn't a problem for us. Overall, for the price we got and location - it's value for money.
