The Randor Residence Tokyo Suites was an exceptional place! It was rented for 3 adults, and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximal location to the Machiya Station and the 711 across the street. It seemed like more of an apt rental than hotel for all the space and amenities included (kitchen, washing machine, tatami room, dining room, and living room) which was very much appreciated! The only small downside I would like to bring up is the couch looked like it could have used a thorough cleaning/update from all the stains, but it was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The location appeared to be away from most other touristy hotels, which we counted as a plus and a blessing. We would love to stay here again if we find ourselves visiting the area in the future and would highly recommend to others.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best decisions I made during my Japan trip. The service was exceptional—staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Even though I don’t speak fluent Japanese, communication was smooth and they made sure I felt taken care of.
The room was clean, peaceful, and beautifully simple—just the way I imagined a Japanese hotel to be. The bed was super comfy, and small details like the green tea set, bidet, and indoor slippers made the experience feel thoughtful and complete.
What I loved most was the location. The train station was nearby, and everything I needed was within walking distance—convenience stores, restaurants, and even some hidden local gems. It was the perfect base for exploring Tokyo.
Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. A nice mix of traditional Japanese food and Western options, fresh and satisfying every morning.
Overall, I felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Japan—this hotel
