We stayed at Broadway Hotel when Typhoon Ragasa hit Macau. They were very generous because they allowed us to check out at 4 p.m. and didn’t charge us for any of the items from the mini fridge. The staff were all accommodating and friendly.

Everytime and everything always makes me feel perfect and feel like home. The hotel is at a very serene location opposite to Hotel Sands. Staff is very polite. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Staff, rooms and service really top notch. The only thing about the place is that there isn't a bar around for cocktails or a nightcap. Then there's no convenience shop nearby in case you need some simple stuff. Otherwise, a good choice.

Wonderful experience at the Artyzen. Rooms were spectacular and the pool was great although some sections are currently closed (including the slide). Indoor playground is spacious and clean. Unfortunately we didn’t use the hotel shuttle as we couldn’t find it at the ferry terminal, and the times/routes are fairly limited. However we would stay again as it is a lovely property!

spacious room with tub for kid’s bathbomb. concierge was able to switch out rooms to a higher level facing the studio city side (if we waited for later check in time). guests child play in the water park for free, slides and splash pool were awesome unexpected freebies!
