This was a birthday celebration, and the hotel staff was very attentive. The hotel even provided a birthday cake. The staff was excellent and wished me a happy birthday, it felt like the entire hotel staff was celebrating my birthday. The bed was very comfortable, and overall, I was very satisfied.
Hotel Location: Very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby.
Breakfast: Tasted great.
Service: They contacted me in advance to inquire about any special requests.

Overall a great experience, clean and sanitary, rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is plentiful. Unfortunately, I missed the late-night snack service because it ended early, so I'm not sure if it's good or not.

Breakfast: Wide variety. Hotel manager Shirley and staff Jane and Zhang Bin were very attentive. Since we brought our 15-month-old baby, they thoughtfully prepared many things for our outings. The hotel's children's playroom is also worth praising!

The hotel is very conveniently located at Exit 32 of Futian subway station. However, be aware that this exit requires climbing stairs, so it's best for those with regular luggage. The hotel is in a commercial area, making it very safe and clean. It's also very close to Line 3 of the subway; just a short walk to the station. Being in the central part of Shenzhen makes it easy to get to any attractions or shopping malls. The beds are snow-white, clean, and comfortable, but the comforter is a bit thick and can be a little warm. The breakfast is also good, with both Chinese and Western options, including a yogurt machine, fruit, dim sum, and noodles. The restaurant isn't very big, so try to sit outside if you have the chance.
The hotel provided beautiful birthday decorations for us, which we really appreciated! Bonus: There are plenty of bottled water available near the elevators, so you can grab some before heading out.

Shangri-La hotels consistently deliver quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides polite and warm service. They even gave me a cake for my birthday, highly recommended.
