Good location in Futian district. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean overall but couldn't hide an old cigarette smell on that particular floor 32 and in the room. Although the hotel rooms are non smoking, maybe it is from the old times still...

location is good, not too far from or electronic market. room is huge though it’s a bit old. view from top floor is good. Only thing is that I feel that all the male staff from lobby reception, concierge are not very friendly. seems that they are just doing what needed to, not customer service oriented. Compared to the many hotels I’ve stayed in Shenzhen, this one is considered quite unsatisfactory. Will try other hotels next time.

The room is spacious, and the in room facilities are good. but the air con is controlled by the hotel, and we can only use heater during our stay, which is too hot and stuffy. at the end , the staff came and open the window for us.

Cleanliness could be improved. Shower drain was full of hair and shampoo & body wash weren’t replaced when I checked in. They rectified immediately, however, there were still mosquitos in the room. Some lights were half-lit and need replacing. Wifi signal is bad which is a repeated complaint from guests. On the good side, buffet breakfast is decent with a full selection of western and Chinese. Bath bombs are available for purchase at RMB 75 (see picture). Views are good. Staff were responsive and polite. Location is central and right outside metro station with shopping malls nearby and many restaurants.
