Great hotel.. Best experience for one night stay..The room was spacious and comfortable.

Staff: Really helpful and nice. Room: Spacious, complete with everything i need, just aircond temperature cannot adjust, carpet looks like not really clean, view really worthy. Parking space: quite limited and bit small. Location: Nearby water taxi, running event (usually happened at dataran wawasan), food shop.

We had a nice staycation at this hotel. Booked 3 rooms, one of the room has mouldy smell. We requested to change room. The manager kindly guide us to another room to see if we are satisfied with it. Variety of breakfast choices.

Walking distance to Alamanda Mall and lake. The lake view from my room is superb. Offer a great variety for buffet breakfast, from local to western cuisines. Pastries, fried rice, fried noodles, mushroom soup and sambal especially are considered tasty for a hotel standard. Staffs are polite and helpful. The only trouble is that the bathroom faucets are hard to use, need some strength to open, should change it.
