the booking and check in process was smooth sailing until we checked out. the staffs were so welcoming. breakfast have lot of options- malaysian cuisine to mamak hawker style, western breakfast. the room was clean. the whole hotel was clean. thank you so much for the hospitality doubletree hilton putrajaya lakeside. mission accomplished ! my son loves his stay and wish to stay here 1million nights more šŸ˜‚

I would say it ntg to compare with this hotel, it will be good enough, but when there is so many hotel that come with mini water park, I found this hotel is overrating for the utilities, the pool area do not have a water cushion to slow down the speed when child take water slides, most important is the bedsheet smell mouldy. I hardly sleep due to the pillow too soft and the smell of dampness. overall the staff are helpful.
