Serina was our guide, she was very professional, attentive and helpful, she made us feel welcomed and being taken cared of! Even though we did not got to take the cable car due to strong wind, we did get a 1000 yen refund for it.Atami firework is a once in a life experience , i for sure won’t forget about it. I highly recommend this tour! My feet finally can take a little break from all the walking.

I had an amazing experience on the Kamakura and Atami fireworks tour! The tour guide Sakuragi was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Japanese culture. He provided fascinating insights into Kamakura’s history and made sure everyone, especially the elderly, felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the trip. The Atami fireworks show was breathtaking. Sakuragi made sure everyone was well-informed, reminding us about the last train and offering flexible options to get off at Shinjuku or Tokyo station.
Our driver, Mr. Ito, was equally thoughtful, stop the bus as close as possible to Atami Beach so we didn’t have to walk far. The Atami fireworks were breathtaking, and the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable thanks to the excellent coordination and care from both the guide and the driver.
Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore and experience Japan with a thoughtful and professional guide!

This day trip was amazing! Our guide, Yuan, was professional and friendly, and the driver was thoughtful and reliable. The meeting time and location were clearly explained, and they provided support via WhatsApp throughout the day, which was reassuring. The entire tour was in Chinese, and the time spent at each stop was more than enough, making the itinerary very comfortable.
The main attractions were absolutely beautiful! First, we went to Lake Ashi to take pictures, and every angle was incredibly photogenic. Then, we visited Hakone Shrine to pray and admire the classic torii gates and lake views. The biggest surprise was the Atami fireworks! ✨ There was no one blocking our view on the steps, and the fireworks exploded right in front of us. I couldn't get enough of watching and taking pictures! There was also time to shop and try local snacks. The whole trip was fulfilling and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Carter Sasaki was a great guide for our tour of the Izu peninsula! His upbeat and energetic personality kept the long drives fun and cheerful, and his insight into the history of each stop was very informative. We were lucky enough to see sakura blossoms despite the early timing of the season, and the strawberry picking was a definite highlight — the sweetest ones I’ve had! The scenery was also a nice surprise — we got clear views of Mt. Fuji and Sagami Bay, which were both beautiful backdrops for the drive. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend the tour to my friends and family. Thank you Carter!

Thank you to our tour guide, Hou Jing, for the detailed introduction to Japanese history and culture, and for patiently listening to our sharing and teaching us. You took us to the best spot to enjoy the fireworks. Very polite and patient.

I was initially concerned about the long travel distance for this trip, and as the online reviews suggested, we encountered traffic congestion right from the start. I was worried about missing the Mt. Omuro itinerary (the highlight of this trip). Along the way, the tour guide took advantage of rest stop breaks, allowing passengers who hadn't had lunch (we gathered at Tokyo Station at 11:20 AM) to grab some food and use the restroom. By the time we reached the base of Mt. Omuro, it was already 4:00 PM. The tour guide first queued up to get tickets and then led us to board the ropeway with priority access. We had enough time to go around the summit. For the Atami itinerary in the evening, due to the crowds in the shopping street, the tour guide suggested going to a nearby area with takeaway food (Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, yakisoba, grilled beef skewers, fried chicken, chicken cutlets, etc.) and waiting for the fireworks by the sea. There were a lot of people this time, and the fireworks were definitely worth seeing. The most important thing was the information and tips the tour guide shared before we got off the bus, which allowed everyone to quickly return to the bus after the fireworks, without affecting the subway ride back to the hotel in Tokyo. @Tour guide (Wang Wen-Chih/Eric)

Absolutely fantastic! This has been an amazing day. Mika, our guide, was wonderful, from clear directions for where/when to meet, support via WhatsApp, multi-lingual communication speaking in clearly in English, Japanese and Chinese. Hakone, was the first stop, and was breathtaking. The Torii gate on Lake Ashii was very special, with the shine above. There was a beautiful pond area with lots of koi carp and lotus flowers. There were lots of food stalls with sweet and savoury options, we just opted for ice cream on a hot day. There were lots of accessible, very clean toilets. Next stop was Atami, with the beach, pier and Ginza shopping street (not to be confused with the Ginza area of Tokyo). Again, lots of restaurants and street food available. There was live music on the pier and the whole area had a wonderful vibe. We opted for the cruise to see the fireworks which was a little crowded, but definitely worth it. Then back on the coach to head back to Tokyo. Perfect day out!
