This is truly a super comfortable hotel, the whole family loved it! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Hakone! The access code will be sent by email the day before check-in. If you haven't received it, be sure to confirm with customer service, otherwise you won't be able to enter. The access code is the same for the main entrance and the room door. You can complete the check-in confirmation after entering the room. There is a tablet in the room where you can complete the check-in and check-out process.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is right next to Gora Station, which is very convenient. It's a good midway point for going up or down the mountain. This time I stayed in a large room, which was very spacious and comfortable.

The location is very convenient, right outside is the "Law Cheung" railway station. The hotel has excellent views, the rooms have private hot spring baths, and you can see the sunrise. Very relaxing. The one-night-two-meals package is very tasty. I will definitely stay again next time.

very nice hotel away from city. no need to go out as everything is there. two onsens to choose from so we got to experience forest snd mountain onsen

Attentive service, the breakfast tasted great, the hot spring was very comfortable, convenient luggage storage, just a bit far from the station.

transport access: Hakone is filled with different types of transport (cable cars, trains, busses, gondala, boats) - is it perplexing to get to? yes a bit - is it doable - also yes. breakfast: impeccable and delicious- so much food. a real taste of Japanese cuisine in luxury. cleanliness: very clean, lovely rooms. outdoor showers are an experience for sure- not sure really how private they actually are but the private bath was definitely everything we had hoped for — not to mention complimentary snacks and ramen in the evening + the use of the yakuta. it was our first time and we absolutely adored it.
