Breakfast: Wide variety. Hotel manager Shirley and staff Jane and Zhang Bin were very attentive. Since we brought our 15-month-old baby, they thoughtfully prepared many things for our outings. The hotel's children's playroom is also worth praising!

Shangri-La hotels consistently deliver quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides polite and warm service. They even gave me a cake for my birthday, highly recommended.

Very close to the border, making it convenient to return to Hong Kong. However, the assigned floor was too low, and the room faced the elevator. Despite this, the soundproofing from the hallway was decent, so it wasn't too noisy. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the shower had strong, consistent water pressure without sudden temperature changes. I was woken up in the morning by the sound of car horns from the road, which was a bit noisy. Everything else was fine. It's a shame that breakfast was included this time, but we didn't get to eat it. It would have been perfect if we had.

Lots of Hong Kong residents, super close to the subway station, and right next to a super convenient shopping mall! The downside is the rooms are really small and the shower isn't separated from the rest of the bathroom. Also, the pillows are too flat ๐ so it's hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room is comfortable and clean. The mattress is amazing, I always sleep in so late, even later than I do at home! ๐

Close to Shixia subway station. Courteous lobby reception. Quick check-in process. Clean room. Food delivery can be sent to the room. Satisfied ๐๐ป
