excellent service. breakfast has wide variety but the quality isn’t very well. for example: the pasty is soft but not crispy. Chinese dim sum is not bad but can’t say it s delicious. I don’t recommend the breakfast if you look for high quality breakfast. swimming pool is relatively small and not very clean.

I recently stayed at The Grand Hyatt Shenzhen and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The front desk staff was fast, efficient, attentive, and very friendly. I was especially impressed with their English proficiency, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable—a perfect retreat after a long day. A highlight of my stay was the coffeeshop downstairs, "Sweet Box". The staff there were incredibly welcoming, and the manager went out of his way to help me use my phone to apply a Daiping discount — a kind gesture I appreciated. The location is another big plus! The hotel is directly above a large mall with plenty of dining and shopping options, and it’s just 10 minutes from the Lo Wu border to Hong Kong, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay and I will definitely return the next time I’m in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!
