This legendary hotel is amazing, not only is the location close to everywhere, but the interior is also well maintained and clean, almost new, it is very comfortable to stay here

Excellent location close to public transport stations with Flinders Station being a short walk over a bridge. Very friendly and helpful staff, especiallythe doormen. An older Hotel with gorgeous marble staircases and a giant chandelier, fountain and floral disply in the lobby that makes it feel very plush. It has all the mod cons and modern decor in the rooms which were well stocked with everything we required. Super comfy beds and crisp linen. We had the buffet breakfast in the restaurant which was a little pricey but definitely worth it with so much variety of food and exceptional wait staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Langham.

My mum and I recently stayed at ibis Budget Melbourne CBD for 5 nights. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jason at reception, who assisted us with our check-in. Unfortunately, upon entering our assigned room, we found that it was very small, quite dimly lit, and not what we were expecting for a stay of that length. Knowing that we would be spending 5 nights there, we returned to reception to see if there was any possibility of changing rooms. Jason attended to us once again, and his service was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond by personally showing us three different available rooms, taking the time to let us view each one and decide which we felt most comfortable staying in. What stood out to us was that Jason genuinely cared about our comfort. He mentioned that since we would be staying for 5 days, he wanted to make sure we were comfortable in the room we chose. His patience, understanding, and willingness to help made a huge difference to our experience.

Check in was simple and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Very quiet, calm and relaxed environment. Pool and gym area were great. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of delicoius breatfast items.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, and the self-service check-in/check-out kiosks are convenient and fast. Even with many rooms, there's almost no wait for the elevators, which is fantastic!

Amazing location, very close to transport and main attractions! The staff was helpful and friendly. The check in time is bit late but there's an option to leave your luggage at the hotel while you go and see the nearby attractions.
