It was our first time to come into contact with skiing. The instructor explained everything from scratch in great detail. He patiently led us to practice repeatedly and constantly encouraged us to try. He taught us very well and we will definitely use it again if we have the opportunity.

We’re very pleased with the service and help provided by Annie and Esther. The day before our booked date, Annie would contact me through WhatsApp to confirm the number of participants, our size, and to understand our needs such as the proficiency level and the equipment need e.g ski or snowboarding. Then, she brought the equipment to our room to assist us with the size of our boots, helmets, googles and clothing. The skis were placed in the ski locker before our lesson. Lesson was conducted in a small group with the two of us. Esther was very patient and helpful as she guided us through the basic steps and also introduced us to the basic techniques to move, brake and turn. She was constantly looking out for our safety and our physical conditions. We’ll definitely booked their lessons when coming here back again. One more thing, please book early as the lesson slots tends to run out fast, suggest to book at least a few weeks in advance especially peak periods and book the morning slots so that you can have some more time practice again in the afternoon.

Coach Luke is very patient and always waits at the ski resort on time. He pays attention to each student's condition at any time and provides careful guidance, especially for small children. He pays attention to safety at all times. He always expresses complex techniques in the simplest way, making it easy for us beginners to get started. The opportunity will make you want to continue taking ski lessons with him in the future!

Annie, the person in charge of the ski campus, will proactively contact you a few days before the reservation, and will reply immediately even late at night. She will also inform you of the weather and conditions of the ski resort before the ski course starts, so that people can prepare in advance. Because we had been skiing for three consecutive days and knew that it would rain the next day and we were worried about 5-6 year old children getting caught in the rain, the operator informed us of our situation and thoughtfully suggested that we cancel the morning class. However, we were reluctant to give up and eventually changed the class to the afternoon of that day. The instructor, Luke, is careful and patient. He uses an easy-to-understand method so that beginners can understand and get started in a short time. He is very good at handling children. The most important thing is that he pays great attention to the safety of each student. I am very lucky to have such a beginner. Good coach.

my girl has a good time learning the class . Coach Lin is patience and my girl was able to master some basic in such short hour . will definitely love to try again next time .. a pity we need to cut short the class this time 😩 and the ski team supported was also helpful in helping us getting the ski rental a day before to ensure smooth preparation before the class

The designated instructor speaks Cantonese, so the venues are hired Hong Kong instructors. The instructors are very patient in teaching. They don't mind beginners being stupid. If you go to Hoshino to learn skiing, you can find instructor Yan👍🏻

Coach Zhizhi is very patient in teaching children. It is recommended that if you are an individual, it is more cost-effective to go directly to Hoshino’s ski lessons. If there are more than 2 people who want to learn, it will be better to make an appointment with Klook. There are also middle-aged people who have never skied before. Give up, just wearing snow boots and walking to the snow field to pick up a board will make you sweat💦
