It's easy to redeem, just present your voucher with the ticketing office, they will replace it with actual ticket. very local bus also.

The jr pass is easy to redeem for the actual tickets at the jr station. if you want to go to yufunin from fukoka/beppu on the yufunin no mori, you should book online first once reservations open 30 days in advance as the tickets are usually sold out. There are non reserved yufunin no mori on the same route, but you have to go very early to get a slot as it's highly popular, first come first serve and seats are limited.

Very close to the subway station, the transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is delicious, but unfortunately there are not many options, and there is no change. You may get tired of eating it every day. The room generally looks clean, and the attitude of the counter and breakfast service staff is... Very kind. If I come back next time, I will choose this hotel again.

Stayed at Toyoko INN for three nights. It is near Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. The transportation is convenient. There are supermarkets and Katsurettei nearby. The free breakfast is very simple. Coffee is only available during breakfast time. The only drawback is that the bathroom is too small.
