Banana Beach tours

The best decision we made was booking this trip, a short speedboat ride away from actual paradise! So much included in the package we purchased and not so busy like the main island tours. 10000/10!!!

We had a fabulous day on Ms Red catamaran, visiting 2 islands for swimming, snorkelling and sightseeing. There were free snorkels & towels supplied as well as kayaks & paddle boards. The boat was spacious & comfortable and the food was delicious. The crew were exceptional, especially George who was like a personal guide for my husband and I for the entire day. The other guests were all Chinese and they were so friendly, some spoke really good English so we could chat with them. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable day and I highly recommend this trip to other guests.

The trip was very enjoyable. The crew were helpful and friendly, and everything was clean and well organized. However, I was disappointed with the transfer service. The vehicle was not clearly marked as NOAH, and the driver did not contact me when he arrived. I was already waiting in the hotel lobby, but we did not recognize each other. When I realized he was my driver, I told him I needed only two minutes to get a few things from my room. He refused, raised his voice, became angry, closed the vehicle door, and told me to leave. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional and negatively affected my experience. I hope the company looks into this matter, as this behavior can affect its reputation. Apart from this incident, I really enjoyed the trip and appreciated the rest of the team.

Let's start with the conclusion: out of a total of 100 points, our tour guide Afeng was fantastic. Considering the tour guide, route, scenery, and price, I would give it a 90. If you haven't done any other island-hopping trips, this is a great introductory experience! If you've been to better island-hopping destinations, it might seem a bit underwhelming. However, this comparison isn't a flaw in the route itself, as the travel costs and convenience levels are different. 1️⃣ Route Planning: Overall great. Hotel pickup at 8:00 AM, departure at 9:50 AM, landing on Coral Island, returning to the boat for lunch, landing on Racha Island, returning to the boat for snorkeling, passing by Honeymoon Island for snorkeling, then hand-line fishing, heading back and finishing at 6:20 PM, and getting dropped off at the hotel around 8:00 PM. It's a standard island-hopping itinerary. The schedule is packed, and ending with hand-line fishing brought a lot of unexpected surprises. 2️⃣ Tour Guide and Crew: Absolutely awesome! Tour guide Afeng was phenomenal! He spoke Chinese, was extremely friendly, introduced local customs and culture, and recommended local specialties. There was no forced consumption or any pushy behavior whatsoever. The crew members were also very enthusiastic and friendly, proactively helping take photos and keeping the vibe lively. I personally felt completely fine with the tipping part at the end and felt that the tips were well-deserved and gladly given. There was lunch on board, free water and sodas, and snorkeling equipment with disposable mouthpieces and towels were provided before departure. A minor drawback was that the music played on the boat was a bit cheesy; the playlist could use an update. 3️⃣ Scenery Along the Way: Coral Island is very ordinary; it's recommended to do some activities there. Racha Island has much nicer scenery with very blue water, which makes for great photos. The bow and the second deck of the boat are also great for photos. As for snorkeling, the underwater scenery is relatively average and just for fun, focusing more on the experience itself.

The tour is well organised with right pace, timing and extremely professional tour guide. Shouting out A-Zhen 阿振，Maomao 毛毛 and Rainbow 彩虹🌈。The whether today is perfect, not so hot with clear sunshine, making the sea water like a jelly. We have two kids and the tour is safe and fulfilling with everyone’s joyful activity. We did banana boat and also deep diving without license needed - this is superb experience for me and my son to have such a memorable moment. It itself is worth of money way beyond already! Thank you for all the guides effort to make up the day for everyone! highly recommended!

it was very organised and we really enjoyed it. the junk was clean and comfy with food very well prepared. Coral beach was very relaxing and Racha island was good fun for snorkelling.
