Racha & Coral Islands Full-Day Catamaran Tour

I sincerely advise everyone booking a boat trip not to focus solely on the boat's appearance! There are many companies online that offer the 'Black Gold' boat, and they all look identical. I used to naively think that if the boat was the same, the experience wouldn't be much different. It wasn't until I booked with this company that I realized the boat is just a tool; the travel agency's service is what truly determines whether your day is enjoyable or stressful. Before departure, the customer service proactively confirmed the pickup time with me, reminded me of essential items, and responded quickly to messages. The driver was punctual in picking us up from the hotel and didn't make unnecessary detours or waits. At the pier, we didn't have to wander around looking for the meeting point; there was staff waiting to greet us, which saved a lot of hassle. The tour guide on the boat didn't rush us or force us into activities. The time allotted for snorkeling and island visits was very reasonable; they didn't rush us to leave after just a couple of photos. Food and drinks were well-prepared, and there were no random sales pitches throughout the trip. For the same boat, the service quality from different operators can be vastly different. If you want to avoid a disappointing boat trip, choose this travel agency, and your experience will be significantly elevated.

The best decision we made on this Phuket trip was choosing the Black Gold sailboat for our excursion! First, the boat itself was fantastic. Its double-deck design offered a huge amount of space, and the white leather seats were new and very clean. It was also much more stable than I expected. The itinerary was incredibly rich; we walked on the flour-like white sand at Racha Island, and the guide patiently helped my child spot various small fish while snorkeling. What touched me most was the crew's service; communication in Chinese was seamless throughout, and the atmosphere was wonderful. On the way back, we even tried handline fishing, and some people actually caught fish. We had an absolutely amazing time, and I sincerely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time with the 'jellyfish sea' at Racha Island and the water activities at Coral Island. The boat was large and very stable, and our Chinese-speaking guide was incredibly enthusiastic – highly recommended! We were lucky enough to even see dolphins at Honeymoon Island. No need to worry if you can't swim; snorkeling is perfect for beginners, and you can see lots of colorful fish. The buffet and afternoon tea on the boat were both excellent. Most importantly, there was absolutely no forced spending, making for a truly amazing experience!!!

This travel agency offered the best experience by far! ✨ The pickup and drop-off, pier coordination, and guide services were all excellent. We had plenty of time for activities, and there were no hidden tricks or upsells throughout the trip. While the boat itself was basic, a reliable local tour operator is key to avoiding problems, and I highly recommend them!

The overall itinerary was perfectly paced, not rushed, full marks! The boat was spacious and comfortable, the crew was very easygoing, and several islands each had their own unique scenery. Being out at sea with the breeze and taking photos was incredibly picturesque!

The Phuket Racha Island + Coral Island day trip was a perfect experience! The snorkeling water quality was stunning, the return sea fishing was super fun, and we even got to watch the sunset over the sea. The guide was reliable, and the whole trip was pure enjoyment with no hidden traps. Definitely highly recommended!
