breakfast: theres something for everyone. snacks in the afternoon was also something we have never experienced elsewhere A/C: We had a but of an issue on a/c settings as there was no individual temp control in room (again a first for us as we have never been anywhere like this). we do have ac fan control which you can set to Low Medium or High. The temp setting was too hot for our liking & we asked the front desk what we can do, we were told to just open the window. Which we did. on our 5th night when it seemed the furnace was on instead of the ac, at 2am, I had to send husband down to front desk to once again ask what can be done. we were told to wait because they just shifted from heater setting to ac cooling. we could not wait as we were drenched in sweat. we were finally offered a room fan. the first one provided did not work so we again called to have to have it replaced. we finally have a working room fan and had a better sleep, the best one we had in our 4 nights.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, but not very soundproof (the room upstairs sounded like kids jumping around). Overall it's good though. It's only one station away from USJ, and from the station it's just a walk across the street. Very convenient for people going to USJ.

It's close to Universal Studios and has good accessibility. It's easy to access restaurants and shopping centers. It's connected to the JR station, and the spa and sauna are worth using. Most of the staff are friendly, but there was one male employee who wasn't.

Breakfast: For the price, there wasn't much for me to eat at breakfast, but the selection was decent. Location: It was great being right in front of the subway station, and there's a convenience store right next door. Transportation Accessibility: Right in front of the subway exit. Service: Very friendly. Cleanliness: Good

During this trip to the Osaka Expo, I also watched Japanese professional baseball. The hotel is right across from the Kyocera Dome. You can get to the stadium just by crossing the street, making it a great choice for baseball fans who want to see the Orix Buffaloes.

Everything was excellent, large rooms and a comfortable bathroom, more square footage than other hotels. The breakfasts were very complete and a great quantity of amenities. I would definitely return.

If you don't want to walk after Universal Studios, this is the best option for price and comfort. Surrounded by lots of shops and places to eat.
