Decently located. within 5 minutes to the nearest metro station. located on a quieter side of Namba. 10minutes to Dotonburi by foot and also 10 minutes to airport express train station. Lots of shopping malls around the area. Recommend.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station and convenient for transportation. The room and public areas were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. It was easy to access nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for convenience, cleanliness, and a comfortable environment.

Great location, walking distance at dotombori and namba, even the rapit station is walking distance so no issue on us even we’re bringing 3 luggages. The ambiance of the hotel is not within the crowded area so its peaceful to sleep after a long walk.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—it’s very close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba Parks, and also near Kuromon Market and many other popular attractions. Everything is very accessible, making it a great base for exploring Osaka. The hotel staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. They speak English and Korean very well, which made communication very easy and comfortable for international guests. The hotel facilities are also top-notch. On the second floor, there is a coin laundry, which is very convenient for travelers staying several days. There is also a comfortable lounge area where guests can relax while waiting. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. One thing I really appreciated was the thoughtful layout—the sink, toilet, and shower/bath area are in separate cubicles, which makes it much more convenient, especially when sharing the room with others. I would definitely recommend Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba to anyone visiting Osaka.
