It was fun and the vehicle was superb.. Alphard 🥰 we had a good time at Gala Yuzawa Snow resort. The kids had fun on the snow.

This ski lesson was truly fantastic! The instructor was incredibly patient and professional. Right from the start, they noticed I was a bit timid and guided me step-by-step according to my skill level, staying close behind me, which made me feel very secure.
From being afraid to even put both feet on the snowboard at the beginning, to eventually being able to slowly glide down the slope using the falling leaf technique, the entire process was very rewarding and stress-free.
Overall, the experience was excellent. If I have the chance next year, I will definitely book again.

We booked our first ski experience through Klook and it exceeded our expectations! 🤍
In just 2 hours, we were able to learn the basics, even for someone like me who really struggles with balance. I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to do it, but our instructor Juan was incredibly patient, clear, and encouraging throughout the whole session.
He made everything feel easy and fun, which helped build our confidence right away. By the end, we were actually skiing!
Highly recommend this experience, especially for beginners. Thank you, Juan, for making our first time on the slopes so memorable ⛷️✨

We stayed at Naeba Prince Hotel for our ski trip to Naeba Ski Resort. The ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to and from Echigo-Yuzawa Station (reservations required in advance), which takes about 30 minutes. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. We stayed in a Room Type 4 facing the ski slopes. Although the hotel clearly has a historical feel, being able to see the snow scenery outside the window at any time from the room was well worth it. Building 4 has ski equipment rental and lockers for guests to use. Additionally, guests receive a discount on lift tickets, but these must be purchased online in advance. There are many restaurants in each building of the hotel. We recommend joining the Seibu membership program to earn points on purchases made at the hotel, which can then be used to offset future expenses.
