comfort stay and good customer service for all staffs. feel secure to stay here except the hotel too close to check point so not good for tourists with car.

Enjoyed our stay in KSL hotel, room was spacious and clean. The exterior side of the window could have been cleaner. Highly recommended as it’s easy accessible to malls and easy transportation☺️

Special mention to Logeswari Naidu who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and perfectly timed for the celebration — her thoughtful touch really made a difference. Thank you Logeswari! The hotel itself was spotless and comfortable, with a stunning high-floor view overlooking Singapore — I could even see the fireworks from my room! It’s also conveniently close to the customs, which made it easy to get some much-needed rest right after crossing over. A special thank you to the team for making this birthday stay so memorable, and for the delicious cake that made the celebration even sweeter. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive they always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the reception team made us feel very welcome right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a nicely prepared welcome note. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything tidy and restocked. Location wise, the hotel is very convenient. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
